Hello and welcome! My name is Gina Carrillo-Jackman, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Ventura County providing therapy via Telehealth. I work with teens and adults and specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, and school-related issues. I am a strong believer in mindfulness, being in tune with the mind-body connection, and understanding how our thoughts and feelings influence our behavior. I am most comfortable working with teens, transitional-age youth, and adults dealing with stressful life events and transitions that may cause them to experience anxiety and depression.
