As a therapist specializing in women's health, I am dedicated to supporting women through the complex journey of fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and new parenthood. Leveraging my personal experience as a mother of two young children, I intimately understand the unique challenges and joys that women encounter during this transformative period. In addition to providing individual therapy sessions, I facilitate groups for expectant mothers and new parents. My therapeutic approach is solution-focused and draws upon evidence-based techniques from dialectical and cognitive behavioral therapy.
