A strong and trusting client-therapist relationship is the key to successful therapy. My clients tell me I am non-judgmental, trustworthy and have helped them tremendously. I am sensitive to people's unique personalities, stressors and pace, so I work according to your needs. I have a lot of experience working with people who have symptoms of anxiety, depression, low self- esteem, distractibility, phobias and obsessions. These symptoms are often the result of negative or traumatic experiences which, can rewire the brain, making it hard to cope.
