I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in helping women heal from trauma, early attachment wounds, and life transitions. My approach is warm, relational, and deeply experiential—grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness, and EMDR therapy. I believe that healing unfolds through compassionate attention to the parts of us that learned to protect, adapt, and survive. I help you reconnect to your own wisdom and sense of calm. Together, we’ll build the internal safety and emotional regulation needed to live with more ease, self-trust, and connection.
