My therapeutic style is equal parts compassion, comedy, and challenge. I want to provide you with a supportive ear to listen while also helping you identifying patterns and behaviors that are no longer serving you or your highest good. I've been on both sides of the couch, and I know how difficult AND beautiful transformation can be. I provide trauma informed care to those with: ED, OCD, anxiety, identity/gender exploration, depression, substance use, grief & loss, & adjustment disorder.
