I work with children, adolescents and families. I use mostly non-directive play therapy techniques. Play is a child’s way of communicating, processing and making sense of their world. By using play as the primary modality, I am able to communicate with children in a way that feels natural to them, is developmentally appropriate and at a pace that is set by them.
