I believe every person is inherently wired for meaningful connection, yet life’s earlier experiences often create protective patterns that leave us feeling stuck or distant. With curiosity and compassion, I help clients gently explore and uncover these patterns—supporting deeper self-awareness, relational insight, and healing rooted in connection  . I draw from EFCT, IFS, EMDR, mindfulness, and attachment theory to support growth. With couples, I guide partners in understanding their cycle, improving emotional safety, and creating new ways of relating with care and empathy.
