Stepping into the journey of healing takes a lot of courage and I would be honored to have the opportunity to support you on this path. Together, we can explore your experiences and work towards understanding your unique goals, while developing tools that will help you achieve wholeness and restoration. With my experience working with individuals, couples, and families, I have helped people navigate through various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, marital conflict, infidelity, separation and divorce, family strain, parenting, and significant life changes. In therapy, I integrate the following evidence-based therapies: EFT, CBT, SFBT, Family Systems, and Structural Family Therapy. With an MDiv in Clinical Counseling, I can seamlessly integrate Christian counseling with psychotherapy, fostering holistic healing and spiritual growth for clients looking to incorporate their faith into their healing journey.
