My concentration is working with adults during times of life transitions and change. First, being certified in Perinatal Mental Health, I am devoted to helping those facing issues specific to this very unique time of life including pregnancy and postpartum depression/anxiety, birth trauma, NICU and supporting subsequent pregnancies after dealing with these struggles. Second, during times of midlife, along with physical changes, many life changes such as relationship issues, job changes/retirement, empty nest, adult children relationships, and/or aging parents, are also happening. I can help you navigate through those changes.
