I work with adults who function well externally but struggle with chronic self-doubt, emotional dysregulation, and difficulties in work and relationships. Many carry unresolved family-of-origin trauma and patterns of relational conflict that echo early object relations. These internalized dynamics often lead to codependent behaviors, boundary difficulties, or repeated relational disappointments. Through focused psychodynamic exploration, clients gain insight into their patterns, develop greater affect tolerance, and build a more integrated, authentic sense of self. Through trauma-informed, psychodynamic therapy, I help clients understand how early relationships influence current patterns. Many find greater self-compassion, feel more grounded, and begin living in ways that reflect their true selves.
