Hello! I work with teenagers and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, and any life transitions. I believe adolescence and young adulthood are two of the most pivotal stages of life when it comes to personal growth and self discovery and I always enjoy the sincerity that these specific age groups bring to each session. I prioritize the counselor/client relationship and feel that building that connection is a fundamental part of the process of change. My goal is to make each client feel seen and understood, while also giving them the tools needed to thrive outside of the therapeutic environment.
