Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. If you're feeling isolated, disconnected, stuck or lost, then you've come to the right place. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental, and compassionate space for clients to better understand themselves in order to create lasting change. Whether you're new to therapy or you're ready to try venturing into deeper territory with EMDR or IFS, I'm here to serve as a guiding light in a world that can feel quite dark at times. I am an EMDR-trained therapist who specializes in working with those who have experienced religious trauma; adult children of dysfunctional families; and life transitions. I also have a special place in my heart for working with the LGBTQIA+ community. My lived experience as a mother, wife, and recovering people-pleaser informs my practice as well.
