I have more than 25 years experience working with trauma related disorders, grief/loss, anxiety & narcissistic abuse recovery. I also support parents in understanding challenging behaviors, repairing relationships and help youth/young adults develop coping skills they can use for life. I tailor my approach to each client to ensure personalized care.
