Hello my name is Gina. My experience is extensive in working with those experiencing depression, anxiety, marital or relational issues, postpartum, stress & anger management, grief & loss, ADD, conflict with life direction & transitions. My approach is warm, empathetic and supportive. I am interactive and will give feedback, ask questions and also challenge you at times in areas to gain greater insight and growth. Asking for help can feel difficult, knowing where to start can feel overwhelming but you don’t have to do it alone! I am here to help you navigate these areas, grow and heal.
