My clients find that I am professional, yet relatable to their struggle, understand their needs, and help them accomplish their goals through empathetic listening and guidance. Many clients find me as they are looking for help dealing with anxiety, depression, parenting, self esteem, and relationship struggles. I specialize in marriage, divorce, parenting, adoption, anxiety, depression, trauma, and spiritual/religious abuse. I am experienced in working with clients who are Christians and can counsel through a general faith-based lens. I believe in a holistic approach to healing which incorporates physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual balance.
