My role is to act as a guide toward discovering and developing resources to manage the complexity of intersections occurring in life. We will explore strengths and develop skills for you to decrease discomfort and disturbances from trauma, grief, physical and sexual assault, anxiety, depression, disordered mood or thoughts. I will provide a space for compassion and empowerment to navigate a different path.
