I specialize in working with women & caregivers who are suffering from anxiety, burnout, & problems in their relationships & who are looking for tangible solutions to stop patterns of stress and overwhelm & create more presence, balance, and fulfillment. My clients find me because they’ve reached a point where their previous coping mechanisms are no longer working, and despite their best intentions to maintain control over their lives, they've come to recognize that , more often than not, this is becoming a losing battle. They are ready to break these unhealthy cycles, abandon the quick fixes, & live their most authentic life. I utilize an eclectic approach that draws from various modalities, such as person-centered therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, and family systems theory. Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, & authentic. I firmly believe that establishing a genuine connection is the cornerstone of a successful therapeutic relationship.
