With 20 years of experience as a counselor, I employ a Mindfulness-Based, Person-Centered, and Integrative approach to work with adults in individual therapy. I especially enjoy working with women of all ages with trauma history or issues of self-esteem; and have much experience working with anxiety and depression. I take an integrative and individualized approach with everyone I work with. I am also a certified Reiki Master Practitioner and a certified Aromatherapist.
