As a Licensed Master Social Worker, I have experience in working with children and adolescents individually and in group settings. I have worked with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety/social anxiety, ADHD, family issues, trauma, behavioral issues and suicidal ideation. I utilize evidence based practices as my therapeutic approach including cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, strengths based perspective and mindfulness/meditation practices. I believe in a person centered approach to meet the needs and treatment goals of the client.
