Life can feel like a lot, even when you’re doing everything you can to keep going. Maybe your mind is buzzing, your body is tired, and the smallest tasks feel strangely enormous. Maybe anxiety, grief, or family dynamics keep tugging at you, or you’re caught in patterns that flare up when you’re overwhelmed. My clients are queer and queer-allied adults looking for a steady, warm place to land. I offer fidget toys, tea, books, plants, and a space where every part of you is welcome. The support you'll recieve feels human, grounding, shame-reducing and consistent. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and neurodivergent‑friendly. I’m a warm, relational therapist who shows up with steadiness, humor, and genuine care. Our work moves at your pace, side by side. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, parts, and protective strategies that carried you through hard moments and gently make space for something new. I’m IFS‑informed and blend mindfulness with compassionate body‑awareness.
