If you are on this page, it likely means you have tried several things on your own before reaching out for help. How courageous of you to take this leap! Asking for help can be overwhelming and intimidating, but also a tremendous catalyst for growth. I see each client as a whole person, and not just as the issue or diagnosis they are challenged with. You will find me to be an empathetic, validating therapist who will help you find ways to get unstuck by challenge your limiting beliefs and behaviors with compassion. I work with children, adolescents, parents, families and adults. I feel honored to do this work with you. My education and training from Columbia University, paired with my experience working within school, therapeutic milieu, and shelter settings, have equipped me with the knowledge to successfully connect with a broad range of clients and clinical diagnoses, such as ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, poor coping skills, and family of origin issues.
