In my practice, I work with people going through loss different types of losses, grief associated with those losses, as well as helping people to navigate life transitions (even positive changes can come with challenges). Never losing focus on the possibility of healing by finding meaning, I strive to provide hope, encouragement, occasional humor & steadfast support as you move toward healing and finding meaning in your life. I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 21+ years specializing in grief, loss, and trauma. With training in EMDR, IFS, DBT, and other mindfulness-based approaches, I actively collaborate with clients to look honestly at their painful experiences and losses, and draw upon emotional, mental, and spiritual resilience to support healing.
