My style is client-centered and incorporates perspectives and tools from cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, and humanistic approaches. I also work with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, self-injury, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, adjustment to life changes and grief/loss.
