Let's see... where do you begin? Well, you begin with you. You know you. You feel you not me. You live with you everyday not me and no other person in the universe (well in your mind at least). Juggling your responsibilities, carrying the weight of society, community and life in whole can really alter our pure right to feel joy. In fact, a great portion of these matter's we have little control over. Your goals are my goals. Your aspirations, cries, frustrations, feelings,emotions (and yes they do mean different things), beliefs will be used as your evidence to explore and wonder ways in which we can enhance life satisfaction. I can help by allowing you to lead the way. Using holistic and humanistic therapies we will explore how creativeness may aide in your path to healing and recovery. Currently pursuing my (RPT) certification through the Association for Play Therapy and over 100 hours of training; let's get to work!
