I am a sex-positive clinician specializing in individuals who are non-monogamous, kinky, queer and/or disabled. I also have a lot of experience working with folks who struggle with intrusive thinking, difficult relationships and emotion regulation. I believe one of the most important components of therapy is the relationship between the therapist and the client. My approach is client-centered, and together we will create a therapy space that feels safe, effective and comfortable for you. As a therapist, I am warm and supportive while also making sure to hold my clients accountable when necessary.
