Are things feeling out of control? Do you struggle to find motivation and/or feel overwhelmed in life? Are old ways of coping no longer working for you? I focus on working with adults who struggle with ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and all of the challenges that accompany these experiences. Daily and chronic struggles can affect relationships, sleep patterns, physical health, work performance, fulfillment, and our relationship with our own identity. I recognize that we are all unique individuals, and I work alongside you in self-exploration to address your own personal needs. Factors that I consider in our work together include the various systems you are a part of, trauma dynamics, relationships, spirituality, cultural background, values, and health and wellness. I also take an integrative approach and often utilize internal family systems (IFS), somatic experiencing, and mindfulness-based practices.
