Therapy can be an immensely valuable and integrative experience for everyone; no struggle is too small. I am devoted to helping people develop a greater understanding of the ways in which they go about navigating the world, and the impact that has on the way they connect to the people around them. Whether you are looking to work through relational issues with a current partner or loved one, or seeking to strengthen the relationship you have with yourself, it would be my honor to walk along side you (both figuratively and literally; walk-and-talk sessions available at our stunning lakefront office). When determining my therapeutic approach, I tend to pull from several treatment modalities in order to effectively adapt to the specific needs of my Clients. Over the past few years I have developed a strong affinity for helping adults struggling with ADHD-related challenges, particularly adult women. In-house medication management services coming soon!
