I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds with many different concerns, creating each therapy experience most relevant to the client. Much of my work has been with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma as well as grief and loss. My therapy environment is both safe and relaxed. Therapy is a tremendously individual experience and lends itself well to being organic and in the moment. I view my role as asking thought provoking questions and making observations based on listening in a way that, over time, paints a picture of the client's inner and outer life, known and unknown.
