An eager and excited lifelong learner – I work with individuals and partners looking to anchor or reconnect to their inner peace and rootedness. As a native Kansan who loves traveling, with my undergrad in anthropology, I enjoy interacting with a variety of cultures and learning restorative modalities which I use to find my own daily peace and happiness. My therapy focuses include, life transitions, adverse childhood experiences, spiritual and existential exploration, trauma healing, health and injury recovery, grief, and relationship challenges.
