How long have you been telling yourself, "I should be able to handle this?" On the outside, you may look like you're managing, but internally, anxiety, fatigue, racing thoughts, grief and/or chronic pain are taking their toll. You're trying, but it's getting harder to keep going alone. I provide virtual therapy to teens and adults across New Jersey dealing with anxiety, ADHD, depression, chronic pain, grief, and life transitions. My approach is warm, compassionate, and direct. Together we'll build practical tools to manage daily challenges while exploring deeper patterns keeping you stuck.
