Offering telehealth and in office services. I have worked with children, adults, and families from various backgrounds for over twenty years. I believe in helping people overcome obstacles that are holding them back from being happy, healthy and living their best lives. Everyone faces difficult times in their lives and could benefit from working through those hard times in therapy. Although therapy can be difficult, I believe that building a trusting relationship between therapist and client is key in making it successful and fostering change. I enjoy helping people work through relationship issues and navigate life transitions. I work with various age groups and enjoy working with a large age range from young adults and college students to older adults. I have also worked with couples, children, families and teens.
