I'm a Professional Counselor with Big Feelings, LLC. I have years of experience working with adolescents, young adults and adults in a variety of settings including mental health facilities, schools, in-home settings and private practice. I assist and support individuals as they learn to overcome struggles and barriers in their lives while striving to be the best versions of themselves. I assist individuals with learning how to cope with life stressors, improve their personal relationships, decrease unwanted symptoms and improve an overall state of mind.
