I specialize in attachment dynamics, complex trauma, feeling overwhelmed, depression and anxiety, and for over 25 years have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My approach is collaborative and supportive while working on issues that tend to keep us stuck. My expertise in attachment dynamics serves as a foundation to support mental wellness, trauma integration, emotion regulation and developing more secure relationship interactions. Counseling sessions are structured in a safe, therapeutic environment with an option to work with horses to help facilitate personal growth.
