I work with people healing from trauma, low self-esteem, difficult life transitions, relationship and communication issues, anxiety, and depression. They might experience unresolved grief, unhelpful defense mechanisms, unhealthy attachments, or struggle to feel at home in their own skin. I emphasize improving relationships with yourself and others so you can move toward self-love, acceptance, and growth. Yes, we all struggle. Just because “it could be worse” doesn’t make your experience less valid or worthy of support. I’m not one to silently nod along and agree with everything you say, I’m an active participant in your process. Our dialogue will flow like a conversation. We can discuss whatever is on your mind, but I will be curious about the emotions you want to feel more and less of, the sound of your self-talk, and how the world is seen through your eyes.
