I have had the opportunity to work with so many adults throughout the past years. I believe that psychotherapy is most effective when seen as a partnership between therapist and client. As in any relationship, respect and commmunication are key to moving forward and reaching personal goals. I work with clients to help raise awareness of there resilience and their strengths. This sets the stage for changing patterns that have not served them well in their lives. I am also available for consultation. Consultation fees are negotiable.
