I’m EMDRIA certified, trained in DBT to fidelity, Clinical Hypnosis, and Deep Brain Reorienting. I work with depression, anxiety, PTSD/CPTSD, life transitions, grief, identity, attachment, self-esteem, and emotional regulation. I also integrate mindfulness, polyvagal theory, and somatic awareness to foster lasting healing and growth.
