I am a licensed professional counselor and yoga teacher currently offering in-person and virtual individual and couples counseling for adults. I use a blend of Internal Family Systems (IFS or Parts work), Imago relational therapy and somatic practices to help develop insight, facilitate healing and strengthen self-compassion and trust. I am especially passionate about supporting those working in healthcare including mental health clinicians, nurses, physicians and those working in other medical related fields. Many of my clients working in these fields are seeking support and practices to assist with managing acute stress and avoiding burnout.
