There is a myriad of reasons to seek counseling; you are feeling anxious, hurt, or may not yet be able to identify something that doesn't feel quite right in your life. For whatever reason, I am here to help you navigate the spaces that appear difficult, ambiguous, and daunting. Research suggests that the decision to seek counseling in and of itself can indicate a person's capacity and capability to heal. Together, we will work to alleviate the challenges in your life, discover new skills, and establish goals for both change and growth. My treatment philosophy rests on the belief that the therapeutic relationship is the preeminent vehicle to a corrective emotional experience. I approach my role as both a facilitator and partner who will guide you through areas of struggle and explore solutions to work through the hard moments and empower healing.
