As a therapist, it is my goal to help clients develop a deeper understanding of their experiences, beliefs, and emotions, so that they might live more full and authentic lives. Since each of us faces unique challenges and obstacles on our path towards change, I approach therapy as a collaborative, nonjudgmental process in which we will co-create a space where we can be thoughtful, open, and curious about what is shared.
