Life can be difficult and overwhelming. It can feel worse when you feel alone or misunderstood. Have you ever felt this way? Looking for a therapist can be daunting, especially if you are seeking support for the first time. My goal is for you to feel safe while you embark on a journey to a healthier and happier version of yourself. Are you struggling with self-harm, life transitions, grief, depression, anxiety, relationships, or simply need someone to talk to? Call me. Just know that I incorporate sarcasm and humor into therapy. It's okay to have some fun. I do speak some Greek and grew up with European culture (Greek/Italian). I'm here to support you in any way I can. I work with a diverse client base of adults, adolescents, and the elderly. I have a passion for working with the LGBTQIA+ community. Feeling accepted in this world can feel hopeless. It doesn't have to. I can teach you the skills you need to become happier, heal, and improve in many other areas of life.
