I am passionate about helping individuals navigate their mental health, enabling them with the tools and resources to live the life they want to live. I have an interest in working with emerging adults and adult populations dealing with life stressors, and those who have concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational problems. I am also interested in working with marginalized populations as they navigate various systems and oppression, which may directly and indirectly affect their well-being.
