I am a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience working with adolescents and adults. I have extensive experience with survivors of trauma, and often use a trauma-informed lens. I focus on issues that impact the life cycle, including relationship stressors, parenting challenges, career choices, managing the effects of chronic illness, and dealing with aging parents. In addition, I am skilled at helping clients and families deal with end of life issues, grief and bereavement.
