My work is rooted in supporting healing through awareness of the mind–body connection. Many people carry personal, collective, and intergenerational experiences that shape their nervous systems, relationships, and daily lives, often beneath conscious awareness. I offer a compassionate, integrative space to explore these experiences, strengthen self-regulation, and reconnect with inner resources. Through holistic, trauma-informed support, my intention is to help restore balance, resilience, and a sense of safety—so wellbeing can feel grounded, sustainable, and aligned over time.
