My clients come with different concerns, some may be going through terrible emotional pain due to loss, grief, relationship issues, or specific traumas. Some are feeling lost and isolated and want to find meaning in their lives. People come seeking therapy and coaching for different reasons. Teaching people how to deal with emotions is imperative. Developing emotional intelligence in a world where isolation is rampant and addictions are easy to fall into, is part of my goal.
