I strive to create a safe, trusting, and nonjudgmental space where we can work collaboratively toward your goals. My passion lies in helping adults who feel stuck, anxious, or depressed, and who are searching for greater fulfillment and happiness. I’m also deeply committed to supporting teens as they navigate the unique challenges of adolescence.
