I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, and trauma. Many of the people who engage in therapy with me do so as a result of stress related to relationship conflict or life transitions including pregnancy. I utilize an integrative, personalized approach to therapy and believe the therapeutic process should be collaborative and transparent.
