I seek to guide individuals to discover & grow into their highest possibilities. Through clear and compassionate inquiry, my focus is to support clients to learn to meet themselves where they are and to build on the skills and talents s/he possesses. Counseling supports/interventions are designed to remove barriers (e.g., limiting beliefs, conditioning) that block one from being empowered to make changes and live to the fullest capacity. Family/Couple counseling centers on encouraging each person to be aware of their own pre-sets & ego-mind expectations, and take personal responsibility for their emotional well-being/choices.
