The reality of becoming a new parent is WAY more challenging than is typically expected. It can be such a lonely journey and yet so many people are feeling the exact same way as you. You want to feel excited about being a parent and experience all the joy and love people keep telling you will magically happen. But instead you feel terrified, doubtful, weepy, and worst of all, like a terrible parent. You look in the mirror and perhaps you no longer recognize yourself. You should know it gets better with help, and I can help you. I specialize and am certified in pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum difficulties, and pregnancy loss.
