My strengths and talents include having compassion and empathy for the people I work with. What I believe is special or distinct about me as a therapist is my ability to encourage people to be open about their experiences. What I love most about my work is being able to join people in their journey of discovery about what their future holds for them. I have experience working in a community mental health setting for the last 14+ years, where I have worked with a variety of mental health needs. I have been working as a private therapist since 2019.
