I am determined to meet my client’s range of mental health needs through a variety of therapies and interventions with a focus on positivity to promote and improve client self-awareness and self-image. Through cultivation and meeting of personal goals in therapy, my clients can alter and improve their perspective on themselves and the ever-changing world around them. I am an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) that brings a wide range of experience and personal insight to aid in the therapeutic process. I have training and experience working with all age groups, and the most experience working with children to young adults (ages 8-25).
